Your order ships from our facility within 1 to 2 business days. Most Canadian and US customers receive their DermaMark kit within 5 to 10 business days. Orders will include a tracking number. Warranty
We stand behind every DermaMark kit. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days. We also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee: if DermaMark is not the right fit for you, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or return. To start a claim, email info@halelabs.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of the rest.
